From 4th May 2026, all Ed Hub support services will be delivered online only, including our consultation service. This change allows us to continue supporting UTS teaching staff in a flexible and accessible way, regardless of where you are working.
What’s changing?
All Ed Hub consultations will now be conducted remotely. Consultations must be booked online. Staff can request a consultation, or online support with learning technologies, by visiting https://edsupport.uts.edu.au/ and submitting a Digital Learning Support request.
Our live chat service remains available throughout Autumn session, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm via Education Express.
About the Ed Hub
The Ed Hub team, part of the Education Portfolio, provides advice on learning design and the use of digital technologies for teaching. We support UTS staff with subject and assessment design, online and blended learning approaches, and the effective use of learning technologies.
Consultations are provided by the Learning Design & Technology team and are intended for situations where you need more in‑depth guidance or help with complex learning technology challenges.
We encourage all teaching staff to continue reaching out for support and to book a consultation whenever focussed guidance would be helpful.
