UTS Open Education Week Celebration | 22 April

Join us at UTS to celebrate Open Education Week 2026! Connect with colleagues over light refreshments, witness a live book launch, test your copyright knowledge in a fun quiz, and celebrate our OE champions. A great opportunity to learn, laugh, and network. 

Arrive to a live book launch by Dr Amara Atif (Senior Lecturer, faculty of Engineering and Information Technology), followed by a fun copyright quiz hosted by UTS Copyright Officer Anna Troiano, and a wrap-up celebrating our UTS Open Education Champions. 

The event opens with an Acknowledgement of Country and welcome, followed by the launch of Decoding Data: a Complete Guide to Business Intelligence, presented by Dr Amara Atif, Senior Lecturer and book editor and author from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. UTS Copyright Officer Anna Troiano will then lead a copyright confidence check session. The event wraps up with the UTS OE Champions, Challenge Awards, lunch, and networking.
