As we face a new year of learning and teaching 2026 presents some immediate challenges.  This is the year we need to think more carefully and constructively about how we are preparing our students to work with GenAI in their future professions.

The Education Portfolio is running a weekly drop-in session on all things GenAI.  We would like to invite you to join us for an engaging conversation designed for educators and professional staff interested in integrating Generative AI into their teaching practices and curriculum. This interactive session will be held in a discussion format, allowing participants to ask questions and share their experiences with GenAI.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore the potential of GenAI in enhancing educational outcomes.
  • Discuss practical applications and challenges faced in real-world teaching scenarios.
  • Learn from colleagues who have successfully implemented GenAI tools in their classrooms.
  • Access useful resources and support strategies

Whether you’re a seasoned user or just starting to explore the possibilities of GenAI, this workshop offers a supportive environment to gain insights, exchange ideas, and build a community of practice. Come prepared to engage in lively discussions, ask questions, and leave with actionable strategies to incorporate GenAI into your teaching.
