We offer online support for all of your learning technology queries. Log a ticket via ServiceConnect and we will get back to you within a few hours on weekdays. Request updates will go straight to your email inbox for added convenience.

Consultations

If you are looking for personalised, one-on-one support, you can book in for a consultation with one of our learning design and technology specialists.

We provide consultations via Zoom on weekdays between 10am to 4pm. Make sure you book in advance by logging a ticket via ServiceConnect. Please allow a few hours for our team to confirm your booking.

Live chat

For just-in-time support or any general queries about our learning technologies or events, our live chat service is available between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. Click the red ‘Live Chat’ tab that’s visible on the bottom right of all pages of this website to connect with us. If your request requires more hands-on support, a Service Connect ticket might be needed for investigation and follow-up.

Educational media support

The Ed Media team can support the production of educational video and media content for use in your Canvas site. Learn more about our services.

The Education Portfolio comprises 4 units within the Division of Education and Students at UTS. We work with faculties, academics and professional staff across the course lifecycle, to drive high-quality student experiences.

We provide support for teaching and learning at the individual (Self help & capability building via the Express website), faculty and University level.
