Our panel features: 

Amanda White portraitDr Amanda White OAM, Associate Professor, Accounting Discipline Group, University of Technology Sydney. Amanda is well-known and highly decorated for work in producing free and open accounting education materials and communities. She is the co-author of the open textbook Accounting and Accountability.

 

J Pakay portraitDr Julian Pakay, Senior Lecturer, Biochemistry, La Trobe University. Julian is co-author of open textbook Threshold Concepts in Biochemistry and author of open textbook Foundations of Biomedical Science. Julian has documented and openly published his academic promotion application as an Exemplar: OER-powered academic promotion application.

 

S Gasson portraitDr Susan Gasson, Adjunct Senior Lecturer, James Cook University. Susan and her team were awarded the 2024 Significant Impact OER Award  for their work producing the open textbook Confident Supervisors: Creating Independent Researchers.
