This showcase invites academics to critically examine the growing role of generative AI in teaching, learning, and research.
Join us as we draw on real classroom examples and emerging literature in the field.
Participants will explore the ethical dimensions of integrating GenAI into higher education, including questions of academic integrity, pedagogical responsibility, and the changing nature of knowledge production. A central focus will be on how GenAI systems encode and reproduce bias, and what this means for the kinds of knowledge students encounter, generate, and are assessed on.
