Would you like to apply for a UTS Vice-Chancellor’s Learning and Teaching Award or Citation?

Whether you’re planning to apply for an award or citation this year or are just keen to develop your academic or professional profile, it’s important to be able to tell your story and evidence it to make a convincing case for teaching and learning.

In this Zoom session:

• We’ll provide a brief overview of the new guidelines for the UTS learning and teaching awards and citations
• We’ll discuss what makes a convincing case for learning and teaching, including making use of diverse forms of evidence to show the impact of your teaching and support for learning on your students’ learning and experiences
• We’ll share advice from last year’s UTS awards panel and examples from national citations and awards
• You’ll have opportunities to share your ideas for an award or citation case with others in small groups and ask your questions

Before you come to the session, please consider what your case for an award or citation could focus on and the evidence that you have to support your case, and bring your questions. If you plan to apply for a UTS Vice-Chancellor’s Learning and Teaching award or citation this year, please review the guidelines.
