    Hi Samuel,
Its a pretty even split between the lecture material but not strictly so. You should see the subject as lectures, supported by labs and tutorials so hopefully they are all linked in some way.

The rules are one A4 page of hand written notes – on both sides if you want. They may collect them at the end so that students don’t write down the questions for their friends sitting the rescheduled exam (it has happened before). Wouldn’t matter as the exams are different.

    Hi Samuel,
This week I have been going through the blogs with no mark entered on UTS online – most of which were not submitted correctly. I sent yours to the marker on Monday – I’m not sure why it was overlooked as it was submitted correctly. Should be done today or tomorrow. Sorry.

    Hi Gabriella,
Thanks for posting your question here.
They are all with the markers (lab demonstrators) now. Should be appearing very soon. Target is before Friday but not sure if they can do 100% by then. Best to just focus on the exam for now.
    Good luck,

Sorry I didn’t see your follow up questions. I did lots of recording for the website lectures by no-one has had the time to add the audio tracks. I should have audio from last year for PK1 and ADRs if I find them I’ll put them on now. You only really need an appendix if you go ver 7 pages. It is optional.

You should have two lots of data – your own and last years. You will have log-dose response curves (maybe sigmoidal) for both and a linear graph for both (can be plotted on the same graph). The transformation can be by probits or an XL function. In some cases the LD50 obtained will be the same but often it will be a bit different. The linear graphs should be more accurate.

It is attached to your submission. You will have some comments and 5 marks corresponding to the rubric above it.

Could someone please pass on to Sadequa your % death data and weights so that she could become a virtual member of your group and construct a report.

    Thanks,

    Hi Gabriel,
The cover page does not count towards the 7 neither does the appendix.
You should have an LD50 estimate from the sigmoidal curve and one from the linear graph (which should be a bit more accurate) both of which should have been drawn in XL you can express both of these relative to the cockroach weight.
