ParticipantHello,
I am a bit confused about the 4 LD50 values that we need to find.
I found 2 LD50 values from the S”-shaped curve (1 for group and 1 for cohort data). Then, I used the excel method of transforming the data (tutorial 4), and I got 2 LC50 values (group + cohort).
Are these the 4 values that we need to provide? The reason I am asking is because in the last tutorial, the values were LC50, but the manual says 4 X LD50 values.
Also, just to double check, we can use either method: Transforming data using probits or using an XL function, and not both?
Thank you

KeymasterSounds like you have it all there Rafal. You can choose between the two ways to transform the data should give you the same answer. If you’ve done both you may as well stick them in.
