    I’m trying to calculate the probit with the equation: y = 1.5314x + 7.377.
    I have dose as 0.1 and death (%) as 80 (80 already seems wrong), and x = 47.43.
Putting it through the calculator with x10^47.42, gave an extremely small number.

I think I’m doing something really incorrect with my calculation somewhere.
I need help with figuring out what went wrong, is my death (%) too high?

    Hi Anthea,
Check out the video I made. Its in the LD50 resources link on UTS online. I explain the principle behind probit analysis and how to use the table.
