    Hey

I’m just wondering that do we need to inclue all dose repsone curves, probits, XL function figures in our report or just one of them? and in criterion it said we need to determine which graph produced more accurate LD50, but are these three graphs all lead to the same value of LD50?

    Thanks

You should have two lots of data – your own and last years. You will have log-dose response curves (maybe sigmoidal) for both and a linear graph for both (can be plotted on the same graph). The transformation can be by probits or an XL function. In some cases the LD50 obtained will be the same but often it will be a bit different. The linear graphs should be more accurate.

Is the LD50 result from 2017 account as relevant literature? Or we should find another similar study?
