    Hi,

Our practical results for my group provided the percentage death of cockroaches at 0.02% w/v to be exactly 50% (the average of our two runs). I continue with data analysis regardless and when I got to the probit results I had 0.014575% w/v (Most likely different due to R-squared value of 0.8109….. not good).

Should I include both to show that I have performed the calculations and then use this as a point of discussion?

    Regards,

    Hi Connor,
The second value (0.014575%) is obtained from multiple data points so should generally be more accurate than a single observation. In your case because you don’t have enough replicates it might not be. Lots of good points to discuss.
