    Hi,
I am wondering which LD50 to use as I have 2 different ones for the log graph and the probit graph. Should I average one or just use one of the values?
If I were to use one of the values it would be the more accurate one, but I am unsure if probit or the log graph is more accurate.

    Regards, Sam.

You use the one that is the most accurate. This is the point of transforming the data to give you a linear correlation.

    Thankyou.
Is there a way we can tell which data is more accurate between probit and log curve?
Would the linear correlation be more accurate because it is based on the probit values that are widley used?
