Techo Tuesday – Randomise your quiz to reduce cheating

It’s hard to prevent cheating on online quizzes. This session will explain how to limit cheating by randomising aspects of UTSOnline quizzes. We’ll cover:

• randomising question order
• randomising answer order
• using question pools to randomise content
• using calculated formula questions with variables
• subtle randomisation strategies to confuse potential cheats
