Subject coordinators are invited to attend the upcoming workshop that overviews the subject dashboard – an academic perspective.

The subject dashboard is designed to give subject coordinators up to date data on student (infographics), pathways, enrolled and withdrawn, degrees they are enrolled in, age groups, English backgrounds etc.

Not only does it look at the current session, it also looks at the past sessions. It holds CASS data, which is updated daily, until census date.

It provides past results by pathway, domestic/international, and English/non English language background. You can even see the success of repeat students, even those who repeated more than once.

All the data is non identified, and presented as cohort totals.

You will find a link to the subject dashboard in NEO. It  links subjects to coordinators (provided that link has been made in CASS).

At the workshop, Kathy Egea (Senior Lecturer and UTS First and Further Year Experience (FFYE) Coordinator, TACT) will demonstrate the dashboard from an academic usage viewpoint, and Kathryn Fogarty (Data Analysis and AI, ITD) will answer CASS questions.
