How can we plan, record and articulate impact? Knowledge Bites sessions focus on the sharing of scholarly approaches evaluation practices.

About this Event

With competition for funding increasing, organisations are being asked to prove the impact of their work. The lack of a standardised approach to evaluating social impact; and with many teams under-resourced and understaffed; it can be difficult!

Launching in October 2019, the Social Impact Toolbox provides a collection of key resources including online courses with video, forums, questionnaires, interactive templates and a repository of reliable, verifiable and validated measures, all collated in an open digital platform. Come along to hear from the UTS team that developed the Social Impact Toolbox.

Discussion addressing the challenges of evaluation in the sector
This community of practice focuses on the sharing of scholarly approaches to social impact research and evaluation practices. It seeks to draw on the knowledge and expertise across UTS, sharing our experience and stories, building the capacity of staff to undertake socially impactful work, and evaluate it!
